Postage and Packing - UKOrders received by midday will normally be sent out the following day. Please allow 7 days for delivery. This service costs £5. Should you require your goods urgently, we offer a 24 hour service at a cost of £10.00
Postage and Packing - OverseasEurope - £20.00, rest of the world minimum £35.00 or at cost. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
Returns & GuaranteeWe want you to be delighted with your purchase. If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your full approval please return them to us within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging and we will be happy to exchange or refund as your instructions. Please obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. Please take time to read the care instructions on your purchases as we are unable to accept items for refund which have been damaged in the wash.

Gift WrappingItems bought by you for gifts can be gift wrapped and sent directly to the recipient, along with a gift card and a personal message from you at a charge of £3.50. If you are unsure of what to buy we have gift vouchers available in multiples of £5.00 & £20.00.
