What are Woods opening hours?

Woods of Harrogate is open Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays when Woods is closed) 8.30-5.30pm.  We do open Saturdays over Christmas and during the sale period.

How do I get to Woods?

Woods is located on Station Parade, Harrogate.  Five minutes on foot from Harrogate railway or bus station.  If you wish to use your sat-nav to find us enter the postcode: HG1 1ST which will take you directly to our shop.  There is a small private car park to the rear of the shop.  See map in Location and Directions.

When do you have your sale?

Woods Summer and Winter sales run both on-line at woodsofharrogate.com and in store.  Our Summer sale is held mid June and our Winter sale early January.

What payment method can I use on-line?

Woods accepts the following: Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Mastercard, Maestro UK and Maestro International.  Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express, cash, cheques or gift vouchers.  All our prices are in sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Woods offers a free gift wrapping service in-store.  On-line items bought by you for gifts can be gift wrapped and sent directly to the recipient, along with a gift card and a personal message from you at a charge of £5.00 per gift or free if the value of the gift is £200 or more.

How do I return unwanted goods?

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you receive then you may return them within 28 days.  We offer an exchange or a refund provided that the products are unused and returned in perfect condition in the original packaging.  You will be required to arrange and pay for returning the products to us.

Can I be placed on your mailing list?

You can either tick the check box when placing your order on the 'checkout' screen or e-mail us your full name and postal details to be added manually to our personal database.  Please note this is strictly for our use only and not available to any third parties whatsoever.  We do not pass on any information.

Why has my payment been refused?
